Alex knows this suburb, lives in the suburb and knows what the buyers were looking for in this location. She is a person who is a 'straight talker' who does not tell you what you want to hear but talks you through the possibilities and the outcomes. It is needed and appreciated. Additionally she has a great team that stand above the average and I would highly recommend them
